Just cycled into Central London for my haircut and shave. Now feeling good after being on the bike but need to replenish my body’s energy.

Given its summer, I thought I’d use some stone fruit. You can mix and match.

This is what I came up with:

Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Ripe Peach. Stoned
1 Rips Apricot, Stoned
2 cups of Rice Milk (or any plain plant-milk)
1 Tsp Matcha Green Tea powder (optional)
2 Tsp Milled Flaxseeds
Handful of ice cubes (optional)

Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender. If you do not have a high powered blender then pour the smoothie over the ice once blended. If you do, then chuck them in and blend away.

I use the Matcha Green Tea Powder as I find it gives me an energy boost. It’s good but very expensive so use sparingly.
