A simple quick lunch so I can catch a few moments of Wimbledon. I know a Ploughman’s. No hard fat (cheese) and meat with white bread but a healthy selection of hummus, plant based cheese, and a dollop of salty savoury OMG Walnut Sauce to go with the celery. Popped a couple of wholemeal pittas under the grill and PRESTO – plant-based magic garnished with some cornichons, silver skinned onions and cherry tomatoes.
