An easy and quick gravy that goes well with meatless meatloaf.

1/2 cup of red wine
1 tbl sp horseradish (I used raw grated but and shop-bought would do)
2 tbl sp of Orgran gravy mix
2 cups of cooking water or water

Method:
In a pan boil the wine to burn off the alcohol and slightly reduce.

In a jug or blender mix remains g ingredients until fully blended.

Pour into the pan and stir. Boil and simmer until it is as reduced as you want it or add more water. Cook for at least 5 mins to ensure no floury taste.

Adjust seasoning if necessary.

You can substitute tomato ketchup, mustards, garlic, Worcester sauce, marmite for the horseradish to ring the changes.
